Responsible of the shop/kiosk for jewelry and accessories in AFI Palace Cotroceni

Seller (EN) 

The candidate is responsible for the following tasks: 

 - Responsible of the shop/kiosk for jewelry and accessories 

 - Respects and applies the instructions of the manager regarding the presentation and sale of the company products 

 - Sells the products of the shop 

 - Promotes, attracts and keeps the clients (clients services) 

 - Informs the visitors of the shop regarding the exposed products, their quality, warrantee of the products, prices, promotions and take over the clients orders 

 - Keeps very good relationships with the client (excellent quality of service); 

 Administrative activities: 

 - Maintain the shop clean, organize de stocks of products and arrange the products in dedicated places 

 - Administrates the stocks of products, participates and is responsible for the periodical inventory (monthly, annual) of the products in the shop and in deposit; 

 - Issues and administrates the documents (such as: NIR, registru de casa in lei, procese verbale predare-primire, monetare etc) and is responsible for the correctness of the dates and documents 

 - Responsible for keeping the evidence of incoming and out coming products and reports to the manager daily sales, 

 Cashier/monetary responsibilities: 

 - Issue the fiscal bill for the products paid by the clients 

 - Preparation and issuing of invoices and bills including POS for card payments 

 - Keeps records of daily cash 

 - Check the correctness of the prices into the shop 

 - Informs the manager immediately about any problems regarding ‘casa de marcat’, POS and other equipments in use; 

 Requirements of the job: 

 - Presentable Ms. or Mrs. 

 - Minimum a highschool degree 

 - Preferable commercial education or specialized courses 

 - A previous experience of minimum 1 year in a similar position represents advantage 

 - English is an advantage – conversational level 

 - Selling skills 

 - Primary accountancy 

 - Medium knowledge of operating computer (excel, word, internet, outlook) 

 - Client oriented 

 - Elegant, pleasant, smiling 

 - Very good communication skills and enthusiasm
